Uniforms create a sense of community, pride in their team and a sharp cohesive look for performances, and we are very excited to introduce new uniforms.
The uniform delivery did not meet our expectations and our concerns have not been addressed. Therefore, only ties will be available for band students from the initial order.
Ties are $8 and can be kept by the students. They do not need to be returned at the end of the school year.
For families who have already paid for uniforms:
E-transfer: Please email us at qebpainfo@gmail.com with the e-mail used for the e-transfer so that we can refund $17 for the cost of the vests. Please add the student’s name to make tracking easier. If you wish to donate the $17, please let us know in the email. $8 will be kept for the payment of the tie. NOTE: if we do not hear from you by April 8, 2026 your $17 will be considered a donation to QEBPA and go towards the QE Band program.
Cheque: The previous cheques have been voided. You will need to pay $8 for the tie.
Cash: You will be refunded the full amount of $25 in cash, because we do not have the ability to provide change. You will need to pay $8 for the tie.
Families who have not yet paid for ties:
We accept e-transfers, cash or cheques.
E-transfer: Send e-transfers to qebpainfo@gmail.com and be sure you enter your student's name and grade in the comment section.
Cheque or cash: Please bring $8 cash or cheque payable to QEBPA in an envelope. Be sure to mark your student's name and grade on the envelope.

E-transfers are auto-deposited under the name of our parent volunteer "Maria Lee".
If it is not financially possible to pay the cost of the uniform, please reach out to Mr. Parker. QEBPA strives to ensure all Queen Elizabeth High School Band Students have band uniforms.
Going forward, we are pleased to announce that we will be working on a new process with school administration to get a new set of uniforms for our band students. Unfortunately, this will likely mean that students in band for the 2025-26 school year will only have ties as their uniform. We apologize for any disappointment and inconvenience this may have caused.
At this point, we do not know what our new uniforms will be or how much they will cost. However, we do know that due to the challenges of this past order, our QEBPA will need to fundraise a significant amount of money. Please consider volunteering with our upcoming fundraising opportunities and participate in various roles to support QEBPA.

How do I get a tie and vest for band?
Uniform Pickup is TBD for High School Band and first semester Junior High Band.
Students taking band in the second semester can pickup their uniforms the week of February 2-6, 2026. Details to come.
Is it my responsibility to buy/rent the band uniform?
Yes, it is. If financial assistance is required please contact the Band Director to discuss. The Band Director will work with the QEBPA if a subsidy is approved.
Band Hoodie Orders
In 2024-25's school year, we introduced band hoodies as an optional purchase to senior band students to show their band support.
This 2025-26 school year, we are happy to announce that we are opening up another opportunity to order our Band Hoodies with a logo designed by one of our QE band students! The orders will be from Dudz Clothing and we will be sending out information mid-September 2025. All grades are welcome to order a band hoodie.
